Mr. Todd A. Lavieri, P.E. is the former President of Omnitek Engineering, Inc. A consulting engineer since 1981, he specializes in forensic engineering.

Often serving as lead mechanical engineer on investigations, Mr. Lavieri has extensive experience conducting scene and laboratory examinations. He has served as an expert witness providing deposition and courtroom testimony in both state and federal courts. Over his career, he has given numerous technical presentations on various topics including, most recently, “Team Approach to Loss Investigations; An Overview from Inception to Completion.” Through continuing training and education, he stays up to date regarding engineering practices, technology, and relevant codes and standards such as the Wisconsin Administrative Code, International Code Council codes, National Fire Protection Association codes and standards, and more.
